A religious non-profit organization of various Presbyterian churches (mostly from San Diego Presbytery) which supports evangelism and new church development in Baja California through the Northwest Border Presbytery of the National Presbyterian Church of Mexico.  BPM funds the Presbytery made it possible to plant churches in Mexicali, Ensenada and a middle class neighborhood of Tijuana. Their support aided the construction of manses, sanctuaries and class rooms at those sites as well as the Dios Habla Hoy church in Tijuana and the purchase of the site for the church in Tecate.  Presently BPM funds to the Presbytery provide the major part of salaries of pastors and two women missionaries at 11 church and mission sites. The Presbytery is following a plan for the gradual reduction of aid to each of these sites as they grow toward self support.
